I recently completed a 9 day tour travel of Himachal pradesh which included Manali, Dharamshala and Dalhousie organised by Mountain Horizon and it was worth every penny. It was a fantastic experience. The hotel stays were good, the food was good and our driver bhaiya was very cooperative and freindly from day 1 through 9. All in all I would definitely recommend Mountain Horizon for all your tour and travel purposes.
